Fun but not heirloom quality
Item arrived in damaged box (maybe a return? I didn't take a picture) It was inexpensive and I purchased as a Christmas gift for my 13 month old, so I kept and assembled it. It comes in 3 pieces that screw in together...they come together easily but they seem to loosen easily also. The penguin itself doesn't move when the toy is pushed, which is a bit of a disappointment, but the kids like the clacking of the beads on the side. The paint design looks hand painted - a bit shoddy but maybe gives it character.Overall, it's a fine toy but I wouldn't pay more than $8 for it and I wouldn't buy it again. Not one I'll be holding onto for the grandchildren.

Favorite push toy
My son loves it, the problem that I have is that the screw to connect is not very tide and sometimes my baby is able to unscrew it.

Damage toy
The media could not be loaded. The box came a little open and the face of the toy came broken.
