A good exercise ball for the price
Note it's not good for the exercises in the pool or the bath, because it swells with water.

What you expect from a foam ball
This is what you would expect from a foam ball. It's soft and great to use for volleyball with the kids and family. Has a good amount of bounce to it and is light weight.

As expected
Ideal for exercise and rehab after having hip surgery. Build up muscle strength.

Gets dirty easily.
Good for indoor use. The disadvantage is if you have a carpet, the ball will atract some dirt to the surface. After some time of having the ball, you will be able to see the foam is starting to fall apart.
