Not a tea drinker but this is ok!
I'm not wild about herbal tea, or tea in general for that matter. My health care provider suggested trying this for migraine and inflammation and said this one was more palatable than others. I expected it to be awful. It's growing on me. It's not unpleasant and certainly not unpalatable for me. I'm going to try some honey, lemon, or mint tonight. It's worth giving it a try!

Great for hormonal headaches
Feverfew is one of the few things that helps take the edge off hormonal migraines. This tea is an easy way to get feverfew, plus the act of drinking hot tea is calming in itself. In my opinion, the taste of feverfew isn't the greatest on its own but add a little honey and it's a nice treat.

Works well as part of an anti-inflammatory regimen
I'll start out by saying that that I am not taking this tea for the flavor. It was recommended as part of a anti-headache/migraine, anti-inflammatory program by my doctor. That said, this tea is doing that job wonderfully so far! I tend to brew it mixed with another of my non-caffeinated herbal teas to help with what I taste as a bit of bitterness. I'd recommend brewing this for no more than 4 minutes of steep time - I found it more bitter after that point. I love the fact that this comes in ubleached bags as well. No need to add chlorine to the tea. Recommended and have purchased numerous times already.
