Indications ----------- Take 5g of D-Ribose about 30 minutes prior to exercise. Endurance athletes may also want to supplement with a further 5g during and/or after exercise. On non-workout days supplement with 5g when convenient, ideally on an empty stomach. Avoid supplementing D-Ribose with protein or amino s, as they can compete for absorption.
